Dear Readers,

Here, as promised, is your first peek at the cover.

Brown paper and twine wrapped book with top right hand corner ripped off to show the cover underneath: 3 profiles on stamps on a pale paper coloured background: 2 of women and one of a man. The book sits on a vintage sek with ink pens and note books around it, at night in artificial lamp light

Any guesses as the identity as to whom these profiles belong?

The Grange in the time of Amanda Cadabra is decades older than at the end of its golden days. In the present it is home to three of readers’ favourite residents in the quaint and quirky village of Sunken Madley.

If you watched the evolution of the profile of Queen Elizabeth II’s profile on stamps over seven decades, you would have noticed only minor changes if any at all. And so it is with our three stars who have landed the plum roles in The Grange Trilogy – The Philip Rayke Mysteries, and who have made it onto the cover.

Back to The 1950s

Here they are in their twenties, discovering the world around them just as your average young person does. But unlike their peers, they are also drawn into one deeper and more desperate: the world of magic. Whether they will recognise it for what it is … is quite another question.

Who?

The other burning query is which book in the Amanda Cadabra urban fantasy mystery series introduces the character of Philip Rayke. You already know? Let me know and we’ll enjoy the secret together!

The full cover reveal, launch date and the answer are shortly to follow.

Meanwhile,

Happy anticipating,

Holly

Holly lives in the UK and is a photographer and video maker when not writing. Her favourite cat is called Bobby. He is black. Like her favourite hat. Purely coincidental.
