What a journey! A long one for the book, of Amanda Cadabra and The Twilight Toxin, the 9th standalone British humorous urban fantasy mystery. A short but highly significant one for the cover.
The Beginning
Tim, cover-illustrator and best-selling author, TJ Brown, was ahead of the game, asking for the synopsis of Amanda Cadabra and The Twilight Toxin even before I had finished my usual editing passes! As soon as Tim announced a window in his busy schedule, I sent it over and awaited The Shopping List.
The Mysterious List
No trip to the market was involved, for this was a list of images, selected ones of which would contribute to the banquet of the cover.
Now, I could tell you more, but today, those would just be spoilers. Today, what I CAN share is a glimpse at the cover, and see what you can glean from this!

Launch Date and Free Book
As promised in the title of this Letter, here is the release date for Amanda Cadabra and The Twilight Toxin: Sunday, 3rd May. On that date also there will be a book in the series that will be free to download. It is planned to be on offer on Amazon, Kobo, Apple Books, Google Play, Barnes & Noble and others. For how long? Just 72 hours.
Back in a couple of days with the full cover reveal and the full story, that is, with only a couple of mystery bits to come in the approaching weeks and months.
